I saw this originally via Flint, but it was from a different camera, edited, and left out some facts. The speaker was none other than John Kerry. Nothing Andrew Meyers of Florida University says is false.
Now--technically and the prosecutors WILL argue this--Andrew isn't tased for his question. It's for resisting arrest.
But the police are only supposed to use these "toys" (which they are NOT--GOD FORBID I ever get tased I'll drop dead) when a gun would normally be necessary. Where is Andrew's gun?
